These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewFlow ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages of any kind.
- Collect, harvest, or scrape data without consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization.
- Attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting controls.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (review responses, contact lists, custom branding, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp, Stripe, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
