Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions of ReviewFlow.
Important: Customize the refund window and conditions to match your business model. Many SaaS products offer no refunds beyond a free trial; others offer 14- or 30-day money-back guarantees.
Free trial
New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your workspace is automatically downgraded at trial end — no payment, no refund needed.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period (monthly or annually). If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current period. We do not prorate refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is available for the current annual period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry several times before suspending your workspace. Refunds for failed payments processed in error can be requested within 30 days.
How to request a refund
Email the support address listed in your dashboard with the words "Refund request" in the subject and the email address on your account. Eligible refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Please reach out before filing a chargeback — chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
